A Prayer to End a Board Retreat
We concluded the New Mexico El Paso Interfaith Power & Light retreat on Jan. 7, 2023, with a prayer and a gifting of an aloe plant to each person who attended.

Holy Creative Presence
We accept the unfolding process of evolution today
And we surrender to your mystifying creative dream,
Glistening with divine elegance.
Around us the diversity is bewildering,
The dangers daunting, the parameters unknown.
Therefore, awe is our silent song
As we enter this continuing story with trust,
Accepting your ways as they school and contrast our own.
May your creative designs blossom
And shine in all their beauty and wonder,
And ourselves be useful in this evolving drama,
Honored to be part of it.
