Prior to joining HopeWorks, Rachel served as Executive Director of Equal Access to Justice, securing unrestricted revenue for three New Mexico civil legal organizations. She also served as Development and Vision Director for Mountain Mahogany Community School; Deputy Director of Family Voices supporting families of children with disabilities; and grant writer for the National Hispanic Cultural Center Foundation.
