The Environmental Justice Program at Tewa Women United invites you to our first SovereignTea Community Conversations of Environmental Justice series to present and discuss the radioactive air emissions in northern New Mexico.
We will have three presenters who will discuss the historical injustices of radioactive air emissions from the nuclear industry complex, current issues with the proposed tritium venting, and how we can reduce the harm to our health and land.
The presenters will be Alyssa Kreikemeier, Arjun Makhijani, and Kathy Sanchez. This event will have the option to attend in person or online. We are limited to 15 people to participate in this event in person. The online option has unlimited attendance.
