In Pennsylvania, Montana and New York – the 3 Green Amendment states – Green Amendments are inspiring government officials to make better decisions, and when government stubbornly refuses to fulfill their responsibility to protect natural resources and environmental rights, people are engaging the courts to help ensure critical, fair, equitable and essential protections.
