This panel  highlights the impacts of the federal oil and gas leasing program and conveys the need to support President Biden’s actions on climate and for Dept of Interior to institute fundamental and strong reforms in its comprehensive review.

This is an opportunity to build support for the Biden administration’s actions to pause new oil and gas leasing, while making the case for phasing out the program so pathways for transitioning off fossil fuels can be initiated.
